Shipping policy

At Denim Leftover our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. Every day, we deliver to customers across the country, ensuring that we provide the very highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times. Once we receive your order, we will send you a tracking details once your package has shipped.

The time frame for order delivery is divided into three parts:

Processing time: 

  • Which includes, order verification, tailoring, quality check, and packaging. Unless otherwise notified we will process your order within 2 business days.

 Shipping time:

  • Orders placed by 12:00 noon (Pakistan Standard Time) will be shipped the same day via Registered Courier Service.
  • Orders received after 12:00 pm will be dispatched the next day.
  • Orders received on Sundays and on Pakistan's National Holidays will be processed and shipped on the next working day.
  • Delivery time is between 2 to 5 working days (No delivery on Sundays). However delivery can take up to 8 working days during busy shopping season or our mega sales events.

Order amount:

  • On orders above the value of Rs.15,000 we will need advance payment. Customer will be contacted for payment information on order confirmation and the account details will be communicated then. The order will only be dispatched after our team confirms the payment being received in the Bank.

Partial payment above 2 kg order:

  • A partial payment of around 10% is required for the orders above 2 kg and remaining amount customer can pay upon delivery.
